I would also like to comment that your team conducted themselves in a professional manner all the time they were on site, they were helpful, understanding and worked with us to help to keep traffic flowing etc, but at the same time ensuring they were not compromising H&S. Dear Kai,
We recently had a problem of contamination in a large tank, mostly full (it would be!) of unleaded at our Queens S/Station on the East Lancs Road at Worsley. We suffering separation and feared we would lose all of it, at a cost of over £1/litre.
Your engineer not only sucked out the rubbish at the bottom of the tank but stated that he was not gong to waste our money by "polishing" all the fuel but asked us to get it checked at a laboratory that he recommended. The lab came back with the news that it was still just above spec, so most of the fuel was saved.
A job well done that minimised the cost to ourselves and had the right result.
We will certainly continue using you and I will recommend your company at the next Hazelwood meeting.
