Training Policy
In order to continue manpower planning and identify training requirements, King Tanktechnic Ltd is committed to an annual appraisal and training programme to ensure the maximum effectiveness of their workforce. Particular emphasis is placed on all aspects of safety training.
The recruitment and training of apprentices, wherever possible, and the above ongoing appraisal, will maintain a continuous career progression for all employees, and regular quality management training and monitoring will maintain the high standard of workmanship expected from King Tanktechnic Ltd.
